I would like to have a Field that I added to a new Incident Template pull from the list of Requesters we have in Manage Engine like it does when you choose "Name" in Requester Detail Field.

I have created these fields: see picture attached new fields.png

I want to use some format like this: see picture attached ME Requester.png
