Adding Workgroup Computers
I did a recent Desktop Central installation on a network with only three computers. When I added the first computer,The computers in the workgroup were listed and I was able to deploy the agent.
Now, I go to add another computer like i did before (SoM->Computers->Add Computer->Select Computers) and i get an error "service not started".
ManageEngine is started, and i even followed the instructions to set up the administrator to run the service.
Any idea on what service it is referring to?
