Hello everyone,

I would like your opinion on the use of solutions or the knowledge base on Servicedesk Plus, please?
Currently, this is populated by resolutions provided by technicians based on the problems encountered.

But I would like to know if it's possible to add, for example:
User types: Screen won't turn on
Solution: displays possible solutions but doesn't point to resolved problems, i.e., solutions to the problem.
Example:
Check the power supply to your screen
Check if the power hasn't been cut off...
Ask a technician if it's still not resolved
(this kind of example)

because most employees have limited internet access, so they can't browse the web to find a solution.
