Adding software to assets?
Hey guys need guidance in the right direction here.
Lets say I have purchased 20 licenses of Microsoft Office Basic 2003 DSP and each has it's own license number on it.
How do I add it to my assets in servicedesk? I have the feeling I have to install it on a computer then scan that computer to pick up the new asset product?
