Adding services in a Service Category under "Service catalog" does not display added services.

Adding services in a Service Category under "Service catalog" does not display added services.

Hi,
    I have noticed a strange problem. Here is my situation. 

Installation Details:
  • Service Desk Plus - Enterprise edition
    • Location in : DMZ
  • OS : Windows 2012 R2 STD.(Virtual Machine)
  • Backend - SQL Server 2008 R2
    • Location : Behind Firewall

  1. Log into ServiceDesk Plus (Enterprise edition) as admin
  2. Add a "Service' under the "Service Category" in "Service Catalog".
  3. Make appropriate changes and save.
  4. Go back into Service catalog the newly added Service is not listed.
  5. Logout
  6. Login as a local admin (not domain credentials)
  7. Go to Service catalog
  8. Bingo!! The newly created service is visible.
So, has anybody come across this problem and if so how to fix this. If not how to proceed further ?

I am still waiting for my "Support Portal Login" so once I have that maybe I can log into the portal and search the knowledge base or log a support ticket.
