Adding Routers and Switches via Import and thereafter Scanning and reconciling
We were migrating the asset data from our existing in house software to Manage Engine tool. The plan was we will upload the Network Devices (Routers/Switches) details via import and thereafter use network scan, so that reconciliation happens automatically based on the serial number, like it happens for PCs/Desktops. But we can't find Manufacture Serial number field while doing import and I wonder how to proceed further for asset migration for network devices. We can see only the Org Serial Number which cannot be used for this purpose.
