We currently use SD+ across 2 domains.

 

Domain 1 has a full list of requesters fine with the correct domain associated

 

Domain 2 HAD users associated fine but can no longer get any more

 

Previously we could add requesters fine and they would be associated with the correct domain, now when we point SD+ at the correct OU using LDAP referencing the user(s) are added but cannot login as they have no Domain associated. This also occurs when using an AD scan.

 

What am I doing wrong?
