Hi guys
Is there a way for us to add notes to an existing case with attachment instead of doing them separately?
currently, the notes and attachment are 2 separate fields.
I need a way to combine those to log certain contacts.
For example,
I want to update an existing case with an email from a user.
I want to be able to enter in the notes "Email from user with screenshot" and attach a copy of the email as a .msg file for reference.
