Adding new Software License - Licence Type

Adding new Software License - Licence Type

Hello,

I am trying to find out if it is possible to add to the license type list?

For example I would like to be able to add Open Licence // VLK // Multiuser License.

I have added a screen shot to show what section I am talking about.
