Adding new monitor for Check Point Firewalls - not working

I am trying to add a custom monitor for querying our Check Point VSX firewalls. I already have devices added via SNMPv3 and getting interface statistics, however, I am looking for more specific Check Point data. I have done the following but not sure what I am missing:

1) downloaded and imported the Check Point MIB into the \ManageEngine\OpManager\mibs directory.

2) go to Settings | Monitoring | Device Templates and edit the Check Point Firewall

3) click Add Monitor, click SNMP tab

4) click From MIB and select Check Point MIB

5) browse to counter and OID is populated

6) give monitor name, display name, interval and unsure what to put for Units so I tried INTEGER

7) when going to the device, monitor, performance monitors, when I click Test Monitor action, it tried to fetch data but returns no records.

Please advise and help what I am missing. Thanks
