Adding new devices/templates etc.
Hi,
I am currently evaluating opmanager and Netflow analyzer to add to Service Desk plus we already have. Opmanager in particular doesn't have a fair few of the devices I need to monitor available to it.
This are Ricoh printer/copiers, Riello UPS's, Elitecore Cyberoam CR1500i UTM devices and none of my switches which are all Extreme Networks Summit 200/250/350/450 series.
Has anyone already set these up and could give me some pointers?
