Adding more detail to alarms/notifications
Currently we have some email notifications setup that contain the default fields as well as some additional ones we have added (like City, ID number, etc).
What is the best way to get more specific technical information into these notifications?
Eg, if a device goes down, can we have the reason appear in the notification.
Is this possible, or is this something that would require us to instead look at the device logs?
