I'm attempting to add some custom fields into the description of a request but need to be able to add some HTML language for formatting purposes into the script. The goal is to have the fields be formated as such:

Custom field 1 - Data

Custom field 2 - Data

Custom field 3 - data

Any suggestions would be great!
