Adding Field to Existing Template

Adding Field to Existing Template

When I am adding a field by draging to an existing incident template, and click save.
Then it shows a message " You have removed the following fields<different field name> from the canvas.The values for these field(s) will be set to null for all workorders belonging to this template.This may take some time to complete Do you wish to continue?".
 
Need urgent help on this.
