Adding Cisco 871W routers in v7
Hi,
I modified the Cisco 800 Device Template to include the device OID for a Cisco 871W. I then added one of these to OpManager, which appeared successfully - it's listed in the Router category.
However, whenever I try to view the device itself, I get the following error:
Status Message
Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object : xxxxxxxxx-yy-zzz.loopbacks.aaa.bbbb.cccccc.dataline.co.uk
[I've obfuscated parts of the name, but it's the same length as the original]
I added the device by specifying its IP address; the name above is the rDNS.
Interestingly, I can still view the device's Interface details directly from the "Routers" infrastructure view - I just can't see the device itself.
