I have been creating new change templates in SD+ and I'm looking to see if there's a way to add the "Change Implementer" field to the template and mailing this mandatory?

Currently the Change Requester has to first create the CR and then manually add the implementer afterwards. 

Is it possible to add this field to the template and make it mandatory so that the Requester can add the implementer at the time of logging the CR rather than afterwards?
