Adding another domain to ADSelfService results in an error
When I attempt to add another domain to my ADSelfService Plus application, this error returns:
You cannot perform this operation
The domain I am trying to add is connected to my domain via an external incoming trust. The domain name resolves, as do the manually entered domain controllers. I have authentication turned on and am using the supplied user name and password the admin on the other domain supplied.
Our ADSelf Service Plus server is on our DMZ. Could this be a port issue between the domains? If so, what ports would I need to have opened, and in what directions?
