Adding an APACHE MONITOR - PROBLEM!

When add an APACHE MONITOR i get the following message: " IIS server is discovered and added for monitoring ".
 
Details:
Telnet works fine!
Server-Stauts url works fine too!
 
Why M.E. creates a wrong webserver?
