I have created an additional field called Brand.  This is to capture differing information per person that is not held in AD.  I have created as a pick list multiple options.  Have set as mandatory for the requester.  When they log a request and it has been resolved i cannot close the request as it says the field cannot be left empty.  This is not the case and the field has been chosen.  Can some one advise how this can be overcome??
