Adding a role to requestors
We are using SD+ ver 7.0.0 Build 7020
I would like to give my boss the ability of viewing all reguests, as well as access to reporting.
I have created a role with these rights. Pls advice on how to give him this role, without making him a technician. (due to license issues)
He is currently in the system with a normal useraccount.
