Hello, we have an issue adding a new user to SD. We usually use LDAP to import new users, but for this one user, we had a FAILURE importing. We've added users before and after this user, successfully. 

For this user, we had to manually add him. But, when logging in to SD portal, user has to log in with "Local Authentication".

Is there a fix for this?
