Adding a new tab in ServiceDeskPlus

Hello,

We currently use ServiceDeskPlus  9.2 Build 9229 and we would like to add the Service Catalog to the upper tabs. Currently, we have to click Admin and then find Service Catalog in order to navigate to it. We don't want to have any of our end users to attempt this. How can we build this tab and make it more convenient for our customers?
