Adding a device

Hi,

I recently added a device manually to the OpManager tool,however i am not getting any alerts for that device and when i try to configure the notification profile for the device , i see not interfaces managed . When i click on the Interface Tab , i can see two interfaces on that device in the Opmanager device section. I am using Free Edition of OpManager for testing purpose and i need to sought this out before buying it.

The device has windows XP installed with two interfaces and i can see this info when the device gets detected which is appectable but while trying configure the notifcation porfile it says there are no managed interface. i know that device responds for snmp read-only string-public which i can confirmed with snmpget / snmpwalk.

Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.
