Recently, when I add devices they do not show up anywhere in Opmanager.  I have tried restarting the server, repairing the database, and just waiting.  I can keep adding them over and over and it says successful, but can never find it.  I am using Opmanager 8051 on Windows 2003.  Any ideas?
