Our ticket system is used by multiple departments.
We want certain tickets to be viewable by people that may be under different departments.
The only way to do this currently is by sharing the ticket, however manually selecting all the applicable departments, users, sites, etc. is laborious.
If we are able to share tickets with user groups, then we could set the system to automatically share requests under certain categories or templates with these groups.
Ideally having an option under user groups where we could set what type of tickets they are able to see from a list of filters would be a great solution.

all tickets with "service category" and "site" etc
