Hs anyone figured out a way to add a timestamp to the reply or forward templates? I have a user request currently to have the time of the last technician update or response in the body of the reply/forward notification. I have looked through a lot of forum posts and searches to see if there is a variable I can plug in but have not had luck in any of my testing. What users are looking for is basically something like this:
Time sent: current time of forward/reply being sent from the system here
Requester : $RequesterName
Due by time : $DueByDate
Category : $Category
Description : $Description
Click for details : $requestlink
Users also asked for the notification templates to show who the reply/forward was being sent to in the body but I do not know if that is possible since the system would not know who it was being sent to until after it was already sent.
