Add Time Entry Error

I sent this to tech support yesterday, but I have not heard back from them yet and I hope someone out there may know the answer. We are having a problem with the new Time Entry feature on only some request. When attempting to create a new time entry using the �Add Time Entry� on the View Request form, when you click the button there is no response. This occurs in both IE and Firefox; IE reports an �Error on Page� showing the following:

If anyone has seen this and knows the fix, it would be greatly appreciated, as we really want to use this feature but want it to be stable.
