Add Time Entry - Confusing text
When you add a time entry, the first field is entitled:
Support Rep Resolving This Request. This should simply say, "Support Rep". In adding a time entry, the request is NOT necessarily being RESOLVED. Also, time entries could be entered by other SupportReps this ticket is not assigned to, but who contributed efforts.
