Add ticket # field to the "Create Support File" page in the DC console

If you'd add a "ticket #" field to either the "Create Support File" page in the DC console, it might help to prevent so many extra tickets from being opened! You are already doing that via the web page we use to manually upload files ( http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/)
