Hi, reasonably new to ME so might be asking a really silly question but Is it possible to add the Department field to request templates?

We use the "Site" field for our Brands, and the "Departments" field to list our sites. Currently where we need site specific information we have to use custom picklists in the resource sections, which is harder to maintain. 

Just for clarity, I'm talking about the Site & Departments available under Service Desk Configuration, not the Department Name associated with the user record.
