Add tasks to emailed tickets based on subject?

Hello.

I am using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus  15.2.

I know how to add a service request with tasks. 
I know how to add new tasks.
But we have termination tickets that come in as emails instead of as a service request because sometimes we need to fire off a "terminate request - (name)" email thats quicker then logging into service desk and filling out the important info.
I can find options for triggers to change the ticket based on the subject and other properties but I cant find where to add TASKS based on the subject. Where would I do that? 

Idealy, it would be something like email has a subject containing "Termination request" or "term request" and then add premade tasks like deactivate AD account, deactivate X account, deactivate y account, hide email, disable software account, change extension, etc.

Is that doable? 

                  New to ADSelfService Plus?
