I have noticed that when creating a request from Quick Actions or other places or trying to change the requester, I cannot select other technicians as the requester.
Can anyone verify that this is normal behavior?
If so, why?
Case Use: My Manager (Also a ServiceDesk Plus technician) notices an issue and tells me about the issue. Since it is a problem, I need to create an incident request and he should be the requester.
We are using ServiceDesk Plus Build 11307.
