Add Request Time = 15-20 seconds..
The time it takes for a request to be added to the system after pressing the Add Request button usually takes 15-20 seconds. Is this normal?
My server is definitely capable of handling the application without lag. This is a new problem since the latest servicepack installation.
Please advise.
