As I said, the ‘My Requests or Tasks’ filtered view is very helpful in seeing the approval status of the ticket associated to a task, but there are scenarios where the task is in my group, but assigned to another technician, I’d like to be able to see the ticket approval status from the task view, when I’m reviewing tasks assigned to our group.
The field would need to just be blank for Project Tasks, since there's no approval in the project module.
Previously, it was suggested that the tasks be marked rather than assigned, in order to only get approved tasks assigned, but the problem there is, the owner of the ticket doesn’t know all the approvals that are needed for each task. Some approvals are global and others need to be added by the task owners.
Visibility from the task view would help immensely.
