Add PC with no network connection for a complete overview of all PC's in our LAN

All,

  1. Is there a way to add a PC to the SOM that has no network connection?
  2. Can I install a Desktop Central agent on this PC and export the data into a file on the PC of USB disk and then Import it into the SOM?
