Add On Program Settings

First off, thanks for the fantastic programs! We currently use Service Desk Plus, and we're evaluating OPManager and Firewall Analyzer.

My suggestion isn't related to just service desk, but to all your programs. I notice how OpManager can integrate into Service Desk, and vice versa. But how about adding that feature in all the programs? Something where you can customize what programs you'd like to "Jump to". For example, you could have the feature added where you put the program Name, and then URL to jump to, and it would be available from the list. That way, from service desk, I could go to OpManager, Device Expert, Firewall Analyzer, or any other program of my choosing. I'm not sure how hard that would be to implement, but just an idea.
