When working on a submitted Incident in ServiceDesk, and I invoke the Add Notes window, and in the body of the note I Tag another technician (e.g. @evelasco ) to notify that technician of my note and DE-SELECT the option titled "Show this note to Requester", then click Save, ServiceDesk displays a  pop-up that states: "You cannot mention requester in private note"

Why is SD prohibiting me from adding a note in which I tag another technician while hiding the note from the requester, when the contents of the note do NOT mention the requester at all, either by name or by email?
