Add notes to any device please!!

Hi

I would love to be able to add notes to any device in the same way you can add notes to an alarm. This would allow the system to be used for change management (any changes could be logged as a note)

Also, I would really like to be able to attach external files (or at least hyperlinks) so that device configurations, contract documents etc can be readily accessed from the device within OpManger.

It would be good to extend the integration with ServcieDesk so that any device can be linked to any asset type.

Finally, I would like to be able to create a ServiceDesk incident by cliking a button within the Device screen in OpManger
