add new technician to group: technician does not receive mailnotification

Hi,

I added a new technician (DMS.GLS) to an existing group, but he does not receive a mailnotification when a new SDR is assigned to the group. (other members do receive the mail) [group mailnotification.gif]

I verified the technician-details (e-mail setting), which are ok [gls.gif]

Deleting and re-creating the technician does not solve the problem.

What could be the cause?
