Hi

 

I have been through this forum and understand that any new maps need to be .png or .jpg and all names need to be in lowercase. I also understand they need to be in ManageEngine\OpManager\images\maps.

 

I have done this yet when I go into properties of existing business views, I still cannot see the map image.

 

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
