Is it possible to add "more filed" button?

Scenario:

I would like to Add two security fields: "Access to" and "Port Number" under every Servers in Asset.

for Example:

Access to: 192.168.1.1 / Port Number: 443

Access to: 192.168.2.1 / Port Number: 80

As you know for some Servers we add one IP, and for some others we need to add more than 100 IP addresses with related ports.

Is there any solution to add extra fields by users when they only need extra?
