Add change status on Mail to Requester form
I propose adding an option to the Mail to Requester pop-up page that would enable changing the status from the same screen.
Many times when replying to a requester we need additional information that should stop the timer on the request. Adding a checkbox or dropdown menu to the same screen to change the status would save a couple of clicks. If using a checkbox (my preferred method) the specific status could be set from the Admin>Self-Service Portal Settings similar to the "
While a request is waiting for approval, stop the timer and set request status to" option.
