There appears to be a difference in the way tasks are handled, depending on which screen you access them through.
Once a task(s) has been created from the master ticket, if you are the team receiving that task, you will generally see it via the side bar labelled "View Task(s)"
Lets call this Method 1
The second way to access a task is Method 2, which is via the Tasks tab on the master request.
When you open a task using method 2, you have a handy "Attach File" button:
Some of the tasks we are creating involve the recipient team finding and attaching information to a task they have been assigned, so this is a very useful feature
However, if you use method 1 to access the task. this same button is not present:
There is an area for attachments, but no option to add it.
There is a edit button but this still does not give you the option.
This is not very useful, as most teams will use method 1 (otherwise they have to click through to the main ticket, locate their team's task amongst the others and add the attachment there, which involves a lot more clicks)
Is there a reason for this discrepancy?
