It would be great if there were just a button on the editor for creating tickets / writing replies / pretty much anything that is a written communication from one user to another which utilizes the WYSIWYG editor. I know that the signature can be added to templates, but that's not always helpful in every situation and the ability to quickly add the signature that a user has already predefined elsewhere is, I think, an expected feature.
