I am not entirely happy with the documented migration process. The process includes bringing down the application, copying the folder, install services, etc. This is going to create a great deal of downtime for me as its going from on-premise to cloud (transfer speeds wone be fantastic for large data sets). This method also bypasses the installation process, which does a number of things.

Has anyone had any luck with installing ADAudit Plus and then copying over specific files? I could also restore from a backup to the new server, that would allow both instances to be up until the new server was working.

Suggestions?
