AD users Onboarded are unable to login to PAM

AD users Onboarded are unable to login to PAM

Hi, 

I onboard Active directory users with credentials but those users are unable to login into PAm360. is there a configuration or permission needed. I will be happy if you can explain it 

I have also enable Active directory authentication in the product
