I have a question regarding importing users from the AD.

If I created a user/requestor in the Manage Engine directly, and then there is a same named user being imported from the AD, what will happen?

For example, I created a requester named John Smith directly in the ManageEngine ServiceDesk with not much user information, then there is a new user in the AD named John Smith as well with email address, position, etc.

How will it be treated?
