AD Sync with hosted ServiceDesk Plus
just turned on SAML and pretty solid however noticing a few things...
one item is that the sync util they provide is meant to be manual and not automated and doesn't really update user data...is there a better option? such as LDAPS in or maybe FIM like scenerio?
