AD SSP installed - DNS question

AD SSP installed - DNS question

Hey all, 

I installed AD SSP but a little confused about adding the DNS portion. I've add a DNS Zone on my DC, but now I need to add a DNS record there to point to the website, (Adselfservice.mysite.com), correct?
