We are having issues with the GINA for AD Self Service plus client software on Windows 10 Surface pro4 systems. When it is installed on a system we get the reset password / unlock account on the login screen which is great. BUT If we attempt to switch users and then try to type in a different login in ID, the surface resets to locked without taking the new user credentials. If we uninstall the GINA from the surface, change users works fine.
Version of AD Self Service GENA is 4.3.0
Has anyone else run into this issue. Is it an issue with WIN10 issue with AD Self Service only?
